Due to the immediate delivery and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Checklists
• Downloads
• Printable resources
• Other electronic products

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once a digital product has been purchased and delivered.

For one-on-one coaching sessions, strategy sessions, or consulting appointments:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show") is considered a completed appointment and is not eligible for a refund.

If you experience technical issues accessing a product purchased through CrystalBoswell.com, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly. Technical support does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

This Refund Policy applies only to products and services purchased directly through CrystalBoswell.com.
