Buyer Representation Disclosure
The buyer agrees to sign the Buyer Broker Agreement with Crystal Boswell at a compensation rate of $0.00 for the purpose of facilitating access to the property.
The showing agent—Crystal Boswell—is being hired by the buyer’s primary real estate agent to conduct the showing on their behalf. This agreement is strictly limited to the showing appointment and does not extend to any ongoing representation or fiduciary relationship.
Crystal Boswell is not acting as the buyer's exclusive agent and is formally releasing all rights to represent the buyer in any future negotiations or transactions. The buyer will proceed under the full representation of their chosen real estate agent beyond the showing.
