At Crystal Boswell  Marketing Concierge, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality marketing support designed to help REALTORS® save time and market their listings with confidence.

Because our services are subscription-based and customized to each client, please review the following policy carefully.

Subscription Services

All  Marketing Concierge memberships are billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Once canceled, no future subscription charges will occur. Access to services will continue through the remainder of the current billing period.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We proudly stand behind the quality of our work and want every client to feel confident in their experience.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your concerns and attempt to make it right.

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, a full refund may be issued for the applicable service period or project.

Our goal is to provide concierge-style support that feels professional, helpful, and valuable to your business.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for:

• Service dissatisfaction
• Failure to deliver agreed-upon services
• Significant quality concerns
• Technical or billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds may not be issued for:

• Delays caused by missing client materials or communication
• Approved or previously accepted work
• Services already fully completed and delivered
• Client-requested cancellations after extensive work has begun

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times may vary depending on:

• project scope,
• listing volume,
• and current workload.

Estimated delivery timelines may be provided when applicable.

If your  Marketing Concierge subscription was set up through PayPal, you can cancel it at any time using the steps below:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com
2. Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right
3. Select Payments
4. Click “Manage Automatic Payments”
5. Find and select Crystal Boswell /  Marketing Concierge (or the merchant name listed)
6. Click Cancel
7. Confirm cancellation

1. Open the PayPal app and log in
2. Tap your profile icon
3. Tap Payments
4. Select Automatic Payments / Subscriptions
5. Choose the active subscription
6. Tap Cancel Subscription
7. Confirm cancellation

• You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
• Canceling will stop all future payments, but you will still have access to services through the end of your current billing period.
